Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Roofer to join a Repairs and Maintenance team on a social housing project in the Northamptonshire area.

You will carry out reactive and planned maintenance, roof work on pitched and flat roofs, guttering installation, and ridge work. A full UK driving licence and flexibility for overtime are required.

Roofer Required To Join A Repairs And Maintenance Team in Northamptonshire.

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £22 per hour

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking an experienced Roofer to join a Repairs and Maintenance team on a social housing project in the Northampshire area (Ketton, Oakham and Leicestershire so travel is essential).

Job Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance.

Carry out general roofing work on both pitched and flat roofs.

Guttering installation and repairs.

Work on flat roofing systems, including torch on felt application and felting techniques.

Complete ridge work, including bedding and pointing.

Requirements:

Proven experience in general roofing, including pitched and flat roofs

Skilled in guttering installation and repair

Competent in flat roofing systems, including torch on felt application and felting techniques

Ability to strip back existing roofing materials safely and efficiently

Experience with ridge work, including bedding and pointing

Full UK driving licence (maximum 5 points)

Company van for work purposes and fuel card

Overtime and call outs available

Eligible for bonus up to 5%
