MD Group in Poole is actively recruiting for a full-time Roofer to cover contracts across the area. A minimum of 1 year of roofing experience is required, with capability on pitched and flat roofs. Leadwork skills are a plus as is knowledge of BS5534 Building Regulations.

The role offers competitive pay (£16.00–£19.00 per hour) and benefits including up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and a company pension scheme. Applicants should hold a valid UK driving licence.

Are you looking for full time employments all year round? Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do? We are looking for multiple Roofers that want to provide high quality work to support our business and its values.

We are actively seeking roofers residing in specific postcodes as this is where the majority of work will be taking place; BA4, BA11, BA14, SN1, SN8, SN9, SN10, SP10, RG21, SO21, DT or BH.

• From £16.00 - £19.00 per hour (£33,280.00 - £39,520.00 annually)
• Up to 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

The Role of a Roofer:

We have opportunities for multiple experienced Roofers to cover our contracts. You will need a minimum of 1 year of roofing experience, and to be able to work on pitched and flat roofs. The ability to undertake leadwork is advantageous.

The role requires carrying out assessments of works required to affected roofs, rainwater goods, leadwork and valleys, and be able to replace or repair to a good standard and timescale.

• One main trade qualification (or time served trades experience) e.g. NVQ 2, NVQ 3, City & Guilds.
• Knowledge of current BS5534 Building Regulations
• Understanding of basic Health & Safety requirements - additional training will be provided upon joining.
• An understanding and be able to use effectively (after training) equipment and processes which may be reasonably required by the Company
• Experience and a passion for delivering high quality services to a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work from height.
• Ability to work alone where applicable.
