Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd in Bolton is hiring a Renewable Energy Customer Support Administrator for a full-time role. You will manage a portfolio of customers through their solar and battery journey, acting as the main contact and coordinating surveys, installations and milestones.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple cases with accuracy and proactive problem solving. Bolton-based position with a 5 in 7 rota and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers throughout their solar and battery journey.
• Act as a key point of contact, providing regular updates and support.
• Explain quotations, products, documentation and next steps clearly.
• Guide customers through purchasing and installation processes.
• Coordinate surveys, installations and project milestones.
• Submit and manage DNO applications and notifications.
• Maintain accurate customer records and respond to queries promptly.
