Job summary

Gold Group Limited is seeking a Sales Advisor - Renewables to join our Crawley office. You will guide customers from initial enquiry to energy design, quotations, and handover to Operations, collaborating with Surveyors, Technical Managers and Installations to ensure a smooth journey.

You will discuss Solar PV, heat pumps and related technologies, produce accurate quotes, and maintain outstanding customer service while supporting ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Solar PV or Heat Pump systems.
• Heat loss calculation experience.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• A passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and website.
• Booking surveys and coordinating customer appointments.
• Producing accurate quotations following site surveys.
• Designing renewable energy systems including: Solar PV Battery Storage Air Source Heat Pumps Ground Source Heat Pumps Underfloor Heating
• Completing heat loss calculations and energy generation reports.
• Explaining proposals and system designs to customers.
• Following up quotations and progressing sales opportunities.
• Ensuring all sales documentation is complete before projects are handed to Operations.
• Liaising with Surveyors, Technical Managers, Suppliers and Installation Teams.

Sales Advisor - Renewables

This is an opportunity to join an established national renewable energy company supporting thier regional office in Crawley.

You'll be responsible for managing customers through the sales journey, from their initial enquiry through to producing accurate renewable energy designs and quotations before handing projects over to our Operations teams.

Working closely with Surveyors, Technical Managers, and Operations, you'll ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience while helping the business achieve ambitious growth targets.

Responisbilities:

• Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and website.
• Booking surveys and coordinating customer appointments.
• Producing accurate quotations following site surveys.
• Designing renewable energy systems including: Solar PV Battery Storage Air Source Heat Pumps Ground Source Heat Pumps Underfloor Heating
