Teaching Personnel is working with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Swansea seeking a confident, energetic and resilient Behaviour & Sports Mentor to support pupils in Years 4 and 5.

Staff work together to build positive relationships, develop self-confidence and help children overcome barriers to learning. The school believes that emotional wellbeing comes first, and that strong relationships, consistency and encouragement are key to success.
This is a highly rewarding position supporting pupils who can present behaviour and may struggle to regulate their emotions in a classroom environment.
You will work closely with individual pupils, helping them manage their emotions, build resilience and re-engage with learning through positive activities, particularly sport and physical exercise.

All pay rates quoted will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is subject to satisfactory referencing and an enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
