Qualifications

• Practical experience working with children in school, nursery, coaching, or volunteering.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above is required.
• Patient, proactive and energetic approach to supporting diverse learners.
• DBS enhanced on Update Service (or eligible for a new one).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare learning resources and set up activities.
• Run small group phonics, reading, and maths workshops.
• Provide targeted support to children needing extra help.
• Supervise during outdoor play, lunch, and trips.
• Log progress observations and report to the teaching team.
