Full-Time Personal Trainer & Operations Assistant

Location: Gok's Fitness Hub, Dulwich Sport Grounds, SE21 7AF, London

Role: Full-Time (Hours primarily early mornings, evenings, and some weekends)

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per year (based on experience and performance + bonus)

Hours: 32-40+ hours per week

We are seeking an ambitious Personal Trainer to join Gokay Fitness, one of South London's premier private training hubs, offering a distinctive coaching environment unlike traditional gyms. This role provides mentorship from an elite Head Coach/Founder, focusing on coaching, client management, and fitness business skills. Ideal for driven individuals eager to learn and make an impact, offering valuable experience, training, and career growth in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering High-Quality PT & Group Sessions
    • Coach clients through one-on-one, small-group, and group classes that deliver results.
    • Collaborate with the Head Coach to learn advanced coaching techniques.
  2. Client Engagement and Support
    • Build strong client relationships, monitor progress, and promote consistency.
  3. Professional Development
    • Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and growth opportunities.
  4. Operational Support
    • Assist with onboarding, managing bookings, tracking attendance, and ensuring smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Passionate and driven PT committed to community impact.
  2. Minimum Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
  3. Degree in Sports Science or related field (required).
  4. Resident within 45 minutes of the hub for reliability.
  5. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  6. Proactive in professional growth and skill development.
  7. Team-oriented with initiative and high standards.
