Job Description

As a Digital Operations Assistant, you will, along with the Digital Operations Specialist, manage the photo studio process. This involves arranging photography shoots and processing supplier imagery in the required format and quality, from both own bought brands and concessions. You will also request and process supplier imagery from brands, identify products that need to be shot, and coordinate their delivery to the photo studio.

Responsibilities include:

• Create and support concession data, collaborate with brands to resolve issues, and update pricing
• Manage and minimize products that are in stock but not on site (ISNOS)
• Ensure product enrichment is current and serve as the point of contact for brands on online queries
• Coordinate with brands to ensure assets are sent before stock delivery, and report inconsistencies
• Maintain the online product range by updating listings and the range tracker
• Handle queries from suppliers, B&M, Photo Studio, Digital team, and Customer Services, escalating when necessary
• Manage stock status updates for NPS issues promptly
• Maintain supplier information within team guidelines and meet Time to Site SLAs
• Conduct online site-walks, prioritize issues, and report to the Digital Operations Manager
• Participate in sales, trade, operations, and studio meetings for updates on deliveries and projects
