Location: Gok's Fitness Hub, Dulwich Sport Grounds, SE21 7AF, London

Role: Full-Time (Hours primarily early mornings, evenings and some weekend availability)

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per year (based on experience and performance + bonus)

Hours: 32-40+ hours per week

We are looking for an ambitious Personal Trainer to join our team at Gokay Fitness, One of South London's leading private training hubs, offering a truly unique coaching environment unlike traditional gyms. This is not just another PT job-this is an opportunity to develop under direct mentorship from an elite Head Coach/Founder, refining your skills in coaching, client management, and fitness business operations. What You'll Be Doing

Delivering Exceptional PT & Group Sessions

• Train and coach clients - Deliver high-quality one-on-one personal training (PT), small-group personal training (SGPT), and group classes that get real results.
• Work closely with the Head Coach - Learn advanced coaching techniques and develop under expert mentorship.
  
  

Client Retention, Engagement & Support

• Ensure client retention and engagement - Build strong relationships, track progress, and help clients stay consistent.
  
  

Grow and develop

• Take part in Continuous Professional Development, mentoring, and performance-based growth opportunities.
  
  

Operational Support

• Assist with onboarding and administration - Help welcome new clients, manage bookings, track attendance, and ensure smooth operations.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A passionate and driven PT - Someone who thrives on coaching and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the community.
• Minimum Level 3 Personal Training qualification - Essential to ensure you have the foundational knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality coaching.
• A Sports Science degree (requirement) - Demonstrates a deeper understanding of movement, performance, and training principles.
• Lives locally - Ideally based within 45 minutes of the hub to ensure reliability and commitment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills - Able to build strong relationships and support clients throughout their fitness journey.
• Commitment to professional growth - A proactive mindset with a genuine drive to develop, refine, and expand your skills.
• A true team player - Ready to contribute to the hub's success by maintaining high standards, sharing ideas, and taking initiative to bring them to life.
