Allen Motor Group is seeking a Parts Advisor for our Milton Keynes OMODA dealership. You will coordinate parts supply across the site, delivering excellent customer service and working closely with sales and service teams.

The role is full-time (41.33 hours) with a salary of £30,620, reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Join a team that values collaboration and a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a parts role within franchised automotive dealership or parts department.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Customer facing experience and proficient in IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining and organizing the parts stock room.
• Maximising profitability and efficiency of the Parts department.
• Co-ordinating with Sales/Service to deliver the best customer experience.
• Serving as first contact with manufacturers, colleagues and customers on parts queries.
