Allen Motor Group is seeking a Parts Advisor for our OMODA dealership in Milton Keynes. The role focuses on coordinating parts supply on site, delivering excellent customer service, and close collaboration with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels managed.
• Maximising profitability and efficiency of the Parts department.
• Co-ordinating with the Sales/Service departments to give the best customer experience.
• Work with the manufacturers, colleagues, and customers to be their first contact regarding any parts related queries.
