About the Role
GBP12.21 FOR ALL AGES - 16+
If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we will also train you through our NPLQ course to prepare you for a career in lifeguarding.

Our lifeguards ensure guests enjoy their time safely in the pool and on the flumes at Splash Waterworld. The role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to promote poolside activities, creating memorable experiences.
Contracts range from 8 to 35 hours per week, depending on whether you live on or off resort. Start dates are flexible from now until September, ideal for students.

Availability for a mix of midweek, weekend shifts, and evenings is required.
About You
You should be confident, friendly, and able to engage with people of all ages. A strong swimmer with great attention to safety is essential. Reliability, flexibility, and punctuality are important as you'll sometimes supervise areas alone.

If selected, you'll need to pass a swim test including swimming 50m in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and exiting the pool unaided. Parental permission is required for applicants under 18.
