Full Time / Part Time - Seasonal Lifeguard (Full Training Provided)

About the Role

GBP12.21 FOR ALL AGES - 16+

If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we will also provide training through your NPLQ course to prepare you for a career in lifeguarding.

Our lifeguards ensure guest safety and enjoyment in Splash Waterworld, maintaining safety in the pool and on the flumes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to promote poolside activities to create memorable experiences for our guests.

This position offers contracts from 8 to 35 hours per week, depending on whether you live on or off resort. Start dates are available from now until September, ideal for students.

You need to be available for a mix of midweek and weekend shifts, including evenings.

About You

You should be confident, friendly, and capable of engaging with people of all ages. You must be a strong swimmer, attentive to safety, and reliable, flexible, and punctual, as there will be times you'll supervise areas independently.

If selected, you'll be invited to a swim test including swimming 50m in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and exiting the pool unaided. Parental permission is required for applicants under 18.
