About the Role

£12.21 FOR ALL AGES - 16+

If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we will also train you through your NPLQ course, giving you all the skills needed to start your lifeguarding career.

Our lifeguards ensure guest safety and enjoyment at Splash Waterworld! Responsibilities include monitoring pools and flumes, promoting poolside activities, and providing excellent customer service. The role offers flexible hours from 8 to 35 hours per week, with start dates from now until September, ideal for students.

You’ll need to be available for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

About You

You should be confident, friendly, a strong swimmer, and attentive to safety. Reliability, flexibility, and punctuality are essential, especially for supervising areas independently. Successful candidates will be invited for a swim test, including swimming 50m in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and exiting the pool unaided. Parental permission is required for applicants under 18.
