About the Role

£12.21 FOR ALL AGES - 16+

If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's brilliant, but we will also put you through your NPLQ course, giving you all the training you need to start your career in lifeguarding.

Our lifeguards ensure guest safety and enjoyment in Splash Waterworld! This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to promote poolside activities.

Contracts range from 8 to 35 hours per week, starting from now through September, ideal for students. Availability for midweek, weekend, and evening shifts is required.

About You

You should be confident, friendly, and able to engage with all ages. A strong swimmer with great attention to detail, reliability, flexibility, and punctuality are essential. Successful applicants will undergo a swim test including swimming 50m in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and unaided exit from the pool. Parental permission is needed for applicants under 18.
