Full Time / Part Time - Seasonal Lifeguard (Full Training Provided)

About the Role

GBP12.21 FOR ALL AGES - 16+

If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we will also provide you with your NPLQ course, giving you all the training needed to start your career in lifeguarding.

Our lifeguards ensure guest safety and enjoyment in our Splash Waterworld, monitoring the pool and flumes. The role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to promote poolside activities to create memorable guest experiences.

This role offers contracts from 8 to 35 hours per week, depending on whether you live on or off resort. Start dates are available from now through September, making it ideal for students.

You need to be available for a mix of midweek and weekend shifts, including evenings.

About You

You should be confident, friendly, and able to engage with all ages. A strong swimmer with great attention to safety is essential. Reliability, flexibility, and punctuality are important, especially when supervising areas independently.

Successful candidates will be invited to a swim test, including swimming 50m in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and climbing out of the pool unaided. Parental permission is required for applicants under 18.
