Shaw Healthcare is recruiting a Full time Night Support Worker for Hollybush House in Stourbridge. The role offers 36 or 48 hours per week, with shifts from 20:00 to 08:00 and a pay rate of £13.45 per hour.

You will provide person-centred care, support residents with daily living tasks, and maintain accurate care records in a 24-bed respite and rehabilitation setting. We value compassionate, patient individuals who are eager to learn and grow through full training and ongoing development

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan

Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene

Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents

Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion

Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties

Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
