Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd in Ledbury is seeking a compassionate Day Support Worker to provide person-centred care at Herefordshire CL Branch. The role involves daytime shifts and working a 25 or 30 hour contract with alternating weekends.

You will support service users with daily living activities, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the team. No previous experience required; full training and development opportunities are offered.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
