Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a Female Support Worker in Bracknell (RG12). The role covers 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week, with full UK/EU driving licence essential for driving both manual and automatic vehicles. The pay rate is £13.14/hr, rising to £13.61/hr from October 1, 2026.

You will support four ladies and one gentleman, aged from their 20s to 60s, with a range of needs, and help them live fulfilling lives through person-centred care and meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable with a caring attitude.
• Confident in supporting people with diverse needs.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends/bank holidays.
• Comfortable providing personal care and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Support 4 ladies and 1 gent, aged 20s to 60s, with learning disabilities, Down syndrome, dementia or communication needs.
• Provide person-centred support and promote independence.
• Help clients access local communities, outings and events.
• Contribute to a safe, positive and inclusive living environment.
