Responsibilities:

• Partner with lead teachers to guide student learning and maintain classroom focus throughout the school day.
• Mentor pupils 1:1 or in small focus groups to raise confidence in reading, writing, and practical problem-solving.
• Assist students with additional learning needs (SEN), including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and social-emotional growth.
• Act as a positive role model, supporting break-time activities and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
