Codi Group in Wales is seeking a Part-time Floating Support Worker to join our not-for-profit service in Blaenau Gwent. The role is 18.5 hours weekly, predominantly Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet service needs.

Hybrid working is available and patterns can be discussed at interview. You will provide tenancy-related and housing support to individuals to help them live independently, including support for those with mental health issues, learning difficulties, or other challenges.

Formación

• Relevant work experience and knowledge of issues relating to vulnerable people is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide housing-related support to equip customers with the knowledge, skills and tools to live independently.
• Support a range of individuals with varying needs, including tenancy-related support, to reduce homelessness risk.
