Codi Group in Blaenau Gwent is seeking a Floating Support Worker on a part-time basis. The role provides tenancy-related support to reduce homelessness and help customers manage tenancies.

You will assist individuals with varying needs, including mental health, learning difficulties, and substance misuse, guiding them to live independently with the right skills and confidence. You’ll work both alone and as part of a supportive team, upholding our values of care and respect.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable people is essential.
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
• Ability to work with individuals with challenging situations and support needs.
