Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioners for full-time positions across Coventry and Warwickshire. Roles include Practitioner and Room Leader opportunities in welcoming settings, offering competitive rates and strong consultant support to help you progress.

Ideal candidates will hold Level 2 or Level 3 EY qualification, with experience with children aged 0-5, and a passionate, caring approach aligned with EYFS standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children aged 0-5.
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Caring, patient and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• EYFS framework understanding.
• Ability to create safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environments.
• Room Leader: leadership/room-leading experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support development and learning of young children.
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment across settings.
• Take on Room Leader responsibilities where applicable and lead a room as needed.
