Bright Horizons Saffron Walden Nursery and Preschool is seeking a full-time Early Years Practitioner. You will plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to individual children to support development towards key milestones in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will promote an inclusive learning atmosphere, applying strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding practices. The role emphasises building trusted partnerships with colleagues and parents to support each child’s growth.

Competenze

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
