Bright Horizons Saffron Walden Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to support EYFS delivery through engaging activities and teamwork. The role offers flexible hours and a pathway within Bright Horizons’ CAREER framework, with DBS checks and safeguarding emphasized.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.

Responsabilités

• Support colleagues with delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging development towards key milestones.
• Work as part of a larger team to ensure day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
