Job summary

Bright Horizons Horsham Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering development toward key milestones. You will ensure a safe, inclusive environment that supports expression and curiosity in learning.

You will work with colleagues and families to build trust, uphold EYFS standards and promote safeguarding while delivering a high-quality early years experience in a welcoming setting in

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification is required.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to develop trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/ carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development toward milestones.
