Job summary

Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support children's development in a 99-place setting. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, ensure a safe, inclusive environment and partner with families to help each child thrive.

You will hold a full Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification, have solid EYFS understanding, and demonstrate safeguarding commitment. We offer a generous benefits package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/careers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development toward milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves.
• Encourage children to engage their minds and foster a lifelong love of learning.
• Build trust and communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers.
• Ensure safeguarding and child protection requirements are followed.
