Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a confident Behaviour Specialist for a secondary school in Preston to support pupils outside of the main classroom. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, helping learners manage behaviour and re-engage with education.

The role focuses on building trust, applying positive behaviour strategies, and assisting with reintegration into lessons while working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams.

Competenze

• Previous experience is essential for this position.
• Experience in secondary schools and behaviour or inclusion units.
• Experience in alternative provision or PRUs is preferred.
• Experience with SEND or SEMH settings is advantageous.
• Youth work or other behaviour-focused environments are relevant.
• Candidate should be confident, patient and resilient with good behaviour management.
