The Open Academy Ltd. is seeking an Attendance Officer to join our pastoral team in Norwich. You will monitor daily attendance, follow up absences promptly with families, and support early help, intervention and statutory processes to ensure every student is in school and ready to learn.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to maintain accurate records.
• Experience with Arbor or similar MIS is advantageous.
• Strong safeguarding commitment and understanding of statutory processes.
• Ability to communicate with warmth and firmness to families.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily student attendance and follow up absences promptly.
• Support early help, intervention and statutory processes to improve attendance.
• Collaborate with Behaviour and Attendance Lead and pastoral teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate attendance data records.
