Talent is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer in Manchester to build user-facing features across React frontend and Python backend. You will work closely with product managers and designers to ship features from design through release, including API design, testing and monitoring, and contribute to core platform infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years shipping production software with React/TypeScript and Django/Python, strong communication, and the ability to own end-to-end solutions

Formación

• 3+ years of production software experience with React/TS and Django/Python.
• Proven track record shipping reliable applications from design to deployment.
• Strong collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship platform-wide features with reliability and performance.
• Translate product insights into scalable platform features.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Content, Sales, and CS.
• Contribute to scalable architecture and new services.
• Triage and resolve issues across the stack with a focus on long-term performance.
