Job summary

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment seeks a Full Stack Engineer to join a high-growth technology business building an AI-powered enterprise platform. You will own end-to-end development across React, Python, AWS, and modern cloud technologies within a senior, high-performing engineering team.

Located in London’s King’s Cross with a hybrid setup (3 on-site days per week), you will have significant ownership, influence on product direction, and the opportunity to tackle technically complex

Qualifications

• Extensive production experience building full-stack apps.
• Strong TypeScript and React development skills.
• Backend Python with FastAPI or Django.
• Excellent PostgreSQL data modelling and optimisation.
• Experience with AWS and cloud platforms.
• Familiar with containers, CI/CD and modern practices.
• Experience implementing secure authentication and RBAC.
• Interest in AI-enabled software products.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver full-stack features across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Develop rich user interfaces using TypeScript and React.
• Build and maintain Python services with REST APIs (FastAPI/Django).
• Design and optimise PostgreSQL databases and queries.
• Implement secure authentication and RBAC for enterprise apps.
• Integrate with third-party platforms (Microsoft 365, CRMs, HR systems).
• Collaborate with AI specialists to deliver AI-enabled workflows.
• Create event-driven services and real-time functionality.
• Contribute to cloud-native apps on AWS.
• Champion quality with testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
