Job summary

Harnham - Data and Analytics Recruitment in London is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own features across frontend, backend and data layers. You will deliver user-friendly interfaces with React/TypeScript and build scalable backend services in Python, contributing to architectural decisions.

You will work with AWS, CI/CD, and containerisation in a collaborative team, developing AI-enabled capabilities while ensuring secure, reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience delivering full-stack applications in production environments.
• Strong React and TypeScript is essential.
• Strong Python experience, ideally with FastAPI or Django.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, and data modelling.
• Knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms, CI/CD practices, and container technologies.
• Experience designing secure applications, including authentication, authorisation, and multi-tenant architectures.
• Comfortable owning features from concept through to deployment and contributing to technical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features end-to-end across the frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Develop modern user interfaces using React and TypeScript, delivering intuitive user experiences.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and modern frameworks.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and technical roadmaps.
• Work with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and containerised environments to support reliable deployments.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into the platform, ensuring outputs are transparent, reliable, and valuable to users.
