Job summary

Willis Re Bermuda is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer for a 6-month contract role (Inside IR35) in London. You will design, build and ship features end to end across APIs, services and user interfaces, delivering cloud-native solutions on Azure and integrating with market platforms.

Qualifications

Extensive professional software engineering experience shipping production systems.
Backend in C#/.NET or Python with strong API design and SQL.
Frontend with React or Angular and TypeScript.
Cloud & DevOps on Azure with IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD.
Security patterns including OAuth 2.0, Entra ID, RBAC.
Experience with AI-enabled features and LLMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build across the stack end to end, from APIs and services through to UI.
Cloud-native delivery on Microsoft Azure using PaaS, containers and IaC.
Surface data for brokers and analysts with fast, usable interfaces.
Develop AI-enabled product features using retrieval-augmented generation and tool integration.
Adopt AI-assisted engineering tools and mentor others in their use.
Integrate with external market platforms and carrier/client systems via APIs.
Practise TDD and secure coding, applying standard security patterns.
