Job summary

Willis Re is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build the platforms powering its reinsurance analytics and client-facing solutions. You will work across the stack, shipping end-to-end features on Azure, with a focus on data-driven UI and AI-enabled capabilities.

Ideal candidates have strong C#/.NET or Python skills, experience with React/Angular, and a solid background in secure, scalable API design. This role emphasizes collaboration with product stakeholders and cross-team delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional software engineering experience with production systems.

Responsibilities

• Build across the stack end to end including APIs/services and UIs.
• Develop and run cloud-native apps on Microsoft Azure with IaC.
• Surface data for brokers and analysts via APIs/services.
• Develop AI-enabled features using retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Adopt secure coding practices, authentication/authorization patterns.
• Mentor peers and help enforce architectural standards across a greenfield estate.
• Integrate with external market platforms and vendor SaaS via API-led patterns.
