Job summary

Brio Digital are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a consultancy project in Leeds. The role combines React-based frontend work with Python backend services and cloud-native AWS infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain React-based Micro Frontend applications using Module Federation.
• Design, develop and maintain Python backend services.
• Build and operate cloud-native solutions using AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, WAF, DynamoDB, S3 and CloudWatch.
• Develop infrastructure and application deployments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

• Implement automated unit and integration testing and contribute to code quality and security practices.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Brio Digital are supporting a consultancy who are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with strong React and Python skills and a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures. You'll design, build, test and operate scalable applications, contributing across the full development lifecycle from solution design through to deployment, monitoring and operational support, alongside the AWS infrastructure and CI/CD platforms that support them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop and maintain React-based Micro Frontend applications using Module Federation
• Design, develop and maintain Python backend services
• Build and operate cloud-native solutions using AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, WAF, DynamoDB, S3 and CloudWatch
• Develop infrastructure and application deployments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processes
