Job summary

Brio Digital is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, build and operate scalable applications using React and Python. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, while leveraging AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable deployments.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with Micro Frontend patterns, Terraform, and modern testing practices, with Leeds visits as needed.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with React.
Hands-on experience developing Micro Frontend applications with Module Federation.
Strong hands-on experience with Python.
Experience with AWS cloud services, especially Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, WAF, DynamoDB and S3.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and using GitHub.
Experience with automated testing and modern software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain React-based micro frontend applications.
Design, develop and maintain Python backend services.
Build and operate cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Develop infrastructure and deployments using Terraform.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
Implement automated tests and enforce code quality and security.
Collaborate with product, architecture and delivery teams to translate requirements.
Monitor health, troubleshoot incidents and drive improvements.
