Job summary

Onecom, the UK's leading business technology provider, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own the group's digital strategy and execution. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, SEO and social channels, optimise the website and lead-gen funnel, and leverage automation and AI to boost performance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver revenue growth, build scalable campaigns, and provide actionable insights from data to improve results.

Qualifications

Proven experience in planning and executing digital campaigns across SEO, PPC and Google Ads.
Experience setting up and scaling cold outbound email automation.
Track record of improving website and funnel performance through CRO.

Responsibilities

Own the full-funnel e-commerce strategy and CRO-driven revenue growth.
Plan and scale digital campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, and social channels.
Lead the build of landing pages, workflows and automations in HubSpot and other tools.
Champion AI tools and automation to improve speed, efficiency and results.
Provide data-driven insights and performance reporting to drive growth.
