Onecom Ltd. is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Whiteley to lead our digital strategy and execution. You will own the Onecom website, drive lead generation via Google Ads, SEO and email automation, and provide data-driven insights to optimise performance.

This role focuses on CRO, scalable campaigns, and a strong AI-enabled marketing approach. You will manage landing pages, workflows and automation within HubSpot and Google Ads, turning traffic into revenue and strengthening our digital

Formación

Proven hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns with SEO, PPC and Google Ads.
Experience setting up and scaling cold outbound email automation.
Track record of website and full-funnel e-commerce optimisation with CRO improvements.
Ability to create and optimise landing pages and digital journeys.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
Fluency in using AI tools to enhance marketing performance.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear actions.

Responsabilidades

Own the full-funnel e-commerce strategy and CRO.
Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, SEO and social channels; scale cold outbound emails to generate pipeline.
Master the tech stack including HubSpot and Google Ads; build landing pages and workflows.
Use AI to optimise processes and gain a competitive edge.
Provide clear, actionable insights from data to drive growth.
