Job summary

Marstep Resourcing Solutions is recruiting an Operations & Fulfilment Manager to own the end‑to‑end order‑to‑delivery process for a multi‑supplier SME. You will design SOPs, drive automation, and build a small team as the business scales, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and to specification.

Based in a UK office with flexible hours post‑probation, the role offers progression to Head of Operations and a contributory pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-supplier distribution/fulfilment
• Proven OTIF delivery improvements
• Experience writing and embedding SOPs
• Comfort with ERP/order-management systems
• Hands-on approach and capable of running operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fulfilment from order to dispatch
• Drive SOPs and automation to reduce manual steps
• Coordinate goods-in QC and packing while maintaining OTIF
• Line-manage the General Administrator and recruit as needed
• Report performance, risks, and improvement plans to leadership
