Job summary

IKEA Gateshead is hiring Warehouse Assistants to support our fulfilment team. You will pick and prepare large volumes of orders for online and in-store collection or delivery, receive stock, and ensure accurate order preparation while maintaining excellent customer service.

Roles are based at our external warehouse with potential cross-site duties to the Gateshead store. Flexible hours, with shifts across mornings to evenings and weekends, are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock checking and order preparation would be beneficial.
• Ability to answer customer questions and support with stock checks.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare large volumes of orders for online and in-store collection or delivery.
• Receive stock, pick, check order accuracy, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Meet customers in-store during order picking and coordinate with external delivery partner.
