Job summary

IKEA Southampton is seeking dynamic Warehouse Assistants to join our Fulfilment team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products—from LACK coffee tables to PAX wardrobes—are available for customers, performing manual handling and supporting efficient order processing.

The role offers part-time contracts from 12 to 24 hours per week, with weekend patterns. Pay is £13.45 per hour, and staff enjoy benefits such as generous discounts, life assurance, pension contributions, and access to learning

Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual handling in a busy warehouse.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with IT systems to improve efficiency.
• Initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Must be 18+ and able to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Comfortable handling heavy items and equipment.

Responsibilities
