Job summary

Ignite, a fast-growing ecommerce brand, is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to join our London-based team in a hybrid role. You will work directly with the founders to drive day-to-day operations and contribute to the scale-up of products and global reach.

You will manage 3PL partners, coordinate inventory and stock forecasting, and help with supplier sourcing, product launches and operational efficiencies. Excellent data skills and startup mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience within operations, ecommerce or supply chain
• Experience with Shopify and/or TikTok Shop - would be great
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with data
• Comfortable using AI to streamline processes
• Comfortable helping with customer service
• Naturally proactive, resourceful and eager to learn
• Comfortable working within a fast-moving startup or challenger brand environment

Responsibilities

Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing Ecommerce brand to hire their first Supply Chain & Operations Manager, following phenomenal early success and rapid community growth. The business is now entering an exciting new scale-up phase, with ambitious plans to expand both its product portfolio and global reach.

They are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Supply Chain & Operations Manager to work directly alongside the founders, helping drive the day-to-day operations of a high-growth ecommerce business.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants broad exposure across supply chain, inventory, product launches and operational strategy, with huge ownership from day one.

What will you be doing?
