Job summary

Radius is expanding its pricing analytics function and seeks a Pricing Analyst to own Fuel pricing analysis across regions. You will partner with country directors, sales, finance, IT and operations to translate requirements into actionable models and reports.

The role requires strong Excel, Tableau, Python and SQL skills, with a track record in pricing, revenue management or related finance activities. Passion for data-driven decisions is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and interpret forecasting models for volume and margin movements.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Experience analyzing data across multiple dimensions such as product, region, or channel.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to non-analytical stakeholders like sales or country directors.
• Ability to perform accuracy and audit checks on analyses before sharing.
• Experience using Python and SQL to extract or manipulate data.
• Experience managing a team or coordinating others.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across functions to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing initiatives to improve how Fuel pricing works across the P&P team.
• Work with country partners to deliver pricing changes affecting P&L for different Fuel products and regions.
• Analyze performance by volume and margin against targets across multiple dimensions.
• Own end-to-end analysis from requirements to final impact assessment.
• Build forecasting models to predict week-on-week movements in volume and margin.
• Create reports in Excel and Tableau for stakeholders across the business.
