Job summary

Aggreko in Cannock is seeking a Fuel Planner to coordinate fuel deliveries and supplier relationships, ensuring uninterrupted service for our equipment hire customers. You will manage refuelling schedules and cost recovery activities across the lifecycle, working with internal teams and external partners.

You'll use MS Office and ERP systems to monitor fuel requirements, maintain accurate records, and drive operational efficiency while delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.

Job description

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Fuel Planner based in our Cannock site. As a Fuel Planner, you will coordinate and manage all customer fuel requirements to ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment, while optimising delivery schedules and supplier performance. What You’ll Do As a Fuel Planner
  • Coordinate fuel deliveries and supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.
  • Monitor fuel requirements and manage refuelling schedules throughout the equipment hire lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to provide timely updates and resolve operational issues.

You Are
  • Experience in fuel, logistics, operations, or supply chain environments, with an understanding of operational service delivery.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems to support operational performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
