Job summary

Comex2000uk is seeking self-employed FTTH engineers to install and maintain full fibre services on the Openreach network, delivering end-to-end telecom solutions for residential and business customers.

The role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring safe working practices, experience with overhead and underground networks, and UK safety accreditations. You will visit sites, run cabling, and ensure services are tested and working to a high standard.

Qualifications

• NRSWA SLG and PIA accreditations are required.
• Experience with overhead and underground PIA networks.
• Additional accreditations such as A001, S8, SA051C, SA002, SA007, S7, N022, SA020, N037, and K8 are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install new telecom services on Full Fibre networks, including overhead lines and underground ducts.
• Visit customers homes or businesses to set up internal cabling and verify service readiness.
• Work on live network infrastructures with safety and quality first.
