Job summary

Comex-2000 is seeking self-employed FTTH engineers to install and maintain Full Fibre services on the Openreach network, serving residential and business customers. You will conduct overhead and underground installs, perform site surveys, and test services to ensure flawless operation.

You will work on busy, physical field tasks, using power tools and mobile job management apps, and must follow strict safety procedures while delivering high-quality customer outcomes across home and business

Qualifications

• Experience with telecom networks and field installs.
• Ability to operate power tools safely on-site and follow procedures.
• Proficient with mobile job management apps and basic IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Network Build-outs: Install new telecom services by running overhead lines and subducting ducts, on-site physical work.
• Customer installations: Visit homes/businesses to set up internal cabling and ensure services work.
• Network Maintenance: Work with live network infrastructures, ducts and poles.
• Reporting & Admin: Record work in systems and keep information up to date.
