Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is looking for a part-time delivery driver to service customers with ready meals across the area. You will work in a -20ºC coldstore, deliver meals to doors, and provide friendly, professional service in all weather conditions.

The role supports holiday cover with potential to move to full-time. You will join a team that values flexibility, teamwork and high-quality customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based role.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers on time.
• Picking orders within the coldstore.
• Using our app to update customer deliveries.
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Clean and refuel your van as and when needed.
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
• Helping the office team and picking team when required.
• Reporting health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Assist the team if another member of the team is absent or on holiday.
• Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers
