Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is the UK’s largest ready-meal supplier, delivering frozen meals to customers nationwide. You will work 24 hours per week across 3 in 6 days, including bank holidays, in a coldstore at -20ºC with protective clothing provided.

A driving role with customer service focus and potential bonus is offered. Must hold a UK manual driving licence and have basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Experience within a customer service-based role
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps
• Evidence of work stability
• Basic secondary education
• Experience of multi-drop delivery role
• Experience within a care-based role
• Warehouse experience
• Health & Safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to our customers in a timely manner
• Picking orders within the coldstore
• Using our app to update customers deliveries
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
• Clean and refuel your van as and when needed
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
• Ensure customer confidentiality
• Helping the office team and picking team when required
• Reporting health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
• Assist the team if another member of the team is absent or on holiday
• Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers
