Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods is hiring a driver to deliver frozen meals to customers. This part-time role is 24 hours per week, with a 3-in-6 day pattern including bank holidays. You will work in a -20°C coldstore, with protective clothing and breaks to warm up.

You’ll be out on the road, meeting customers and representing the business. Responsibilities include delivering meals, picking orders, updating the app, and providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore.
• Use app to update deliveries.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift van inspection.
• Drive safely and legally.
• Refuel/clean van as needed.
• Contact office with discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Support office and picking teams as needed.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Assist team when colleagues are absent.
• Carry out local marketing activities to attract new customers.
