Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is hiring a warehouse operative to pack frozen orders in a -20C cold store. This 40-hour week includes 5 in 6 shifts and bank holidays. Full training, protective clothing provided, and opportunities to develop multi-functional skills.

You will pick orders, ensure accuracy, support the office team, and report issues. Benefits include a discretionary bonus, pension, and living wage accreditation.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately into the correct cage
• Pick orders with zero mistakes
• Improve efficiencies and implement changes
• Assist the office team as needed
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
